Returns Policy

Order Cancellation and Return/Refund Policy:

We hope you will love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email or telephone before you receive the products. In case you have already received your products, and wish to return them, you must return them to us by emailing us at, and we will inform Geniki Taxydromiki  to get in touch with you for the pick up. 

Customers can return the products within 5 business days from the date that they received their order, but they must adhere to the following important terms:

  • Before returning the products, the customer must always contact us via e-mail to request the return or refund and explain the reason(s) for it.
  • All products must be returned in their original package and in good condition for resale.
  • To complete your return, we require the original proof of purchase.
  • All returns are evaluated before being processed. 
  • Important: all products must be returned in their original good condition and must not be used, other than being tried on, otherwise, we will not refund your account.
  • In case we suspect or have proof that the products have been used, other than been tried on, we will send you an email informing you.
  • Non-faulty products returned are accepted and refunded only if the products arrive back to us in good condition for resale, that is the products have not been used. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the products are damaged or used. 

Returned items must comply with our Returns Policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footware and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
  • If you processed your order through Guest Checkout please contact our friendly customer service to confirm your return at
  • We will inform Geniki Taxydromiki to get in touch with you for the pick-up of the return item and provide the necessary Return Label with a tracking number. 

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, always ask for proof of return, so if your parcel goes missing, you will have proof you have sent it. It can usually take up to 2-3 business days for your return to be delivered back to us. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your returned products in their original condition and inside the original packaging and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The refund typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer. All products will be inspected on return. 

When you return products to us, please keep in mind to return them with the original invoice, otherwise we will not be able to refund your payment. 

Returns are free and will be made via Geniki Taxydromiki courier.

Free Returns Pick Up:

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

Please note: We offer a free return pick up from the same country/region your order was delivered to. 

Please keep a copy of the Return Label, as you can check the delivery status of your parcel with our carrier using the tracking number provided.
